The signal map

Türkiye, in motion.

Türkiye’s PR and technology marketing landscape is not a fixed market to be summarised once. It is a moving system of trust, ambition, technology, culture, economic pressure and influence; where the meaning of a decision can change as quickly as the conditions around it.

Field notes

Local fluency is not localisation

The PreDeciders Landscape is our continuing read of that system. Not to describe Türkiye. To understand what organisations need to see before they decide how to move in it.

A global playbook can travel intact and still arrive wrong.

Local context is often brought in after the strategic decision has already been made to adapt the language, choose the channels or make the execution feel relevant. By then, the most consequential assumptions may already be fixed.

We look earlier. At what carries credibility. Who shapes interpretation. Where technology meets expectation. Which narratives are gaining or losing permission. And what the market is ready to believe before an organisation asks it to act.

What the landscape reads

  • 01

    People & influence

The founders, operators, executives, communities and interpreters who shape attention, credibility and direction.

  • 02

    Narrative & trust

The language, expectations and tensions that determine what feels credible and what does not.

  • 03

    Technology & adoption

Where technical ambition meets real behaviour, capability and market readiness.

  • 04

    Market conditions

The economic, competitive, cultural and regulatory realities that can change the meaning or viability of a move.

  • 05

    Emerging signals

Changes that may still look small but can alter positioning, timing or opportunity once they compound.

From landscape to decision

The Landscape is not a trend report, ranking or directory.

Its value is not in knowing more things about the market. Its value is in knowing which things should change the decision.

  1. 01

What matters here that would be easy to miss from outside?

  2. 02

Which assumptions travel and which do not?

  3. 03

Who needs to trust the move before it can work?

  4. 04

Where is the market moving faster than the organisation?

  5. 05

Where is the organisation moving faster than the market?

Source / method

What a stronger market position requires

01Relevance
Know which signals deserve attention before noise turns into strategy.
02Resonance
Understand what a proposition, narrative or move will mean in the local context, not only what it was intended to mean.
03Credibility
Align what the organisation says with what the market can see it is capable of delivering.
04Readiness
Recognise when the conditions support the move and when waiting, sequencing or changing it creates more advantage.

Field notes

A living view, not a finished map

Markets do not stand still long enough for a definitive report. Neither does the Landscape.

Our view evolves as technology changes behaviour, new voices gain influence, expectations shift and different forms of trust emerge.

The objective is not to predict every change. It is to remain close enough to the field to recognise which changes matter before they become obvious.

A market is not understood when you can describe it. It is understood when it changes your decision.
