Gönenç has spent two decades working at the point where business decisions become public meaning.
His career in communications, reputation and brand positioning has taken him across technology, telecommunications, gaming, energy, aviation, tourism and FMCG. Advising organisations on how to communicate, position and protect decisions once they meet the market.
Over the years, he has led client relationships, integrated communication programmes, crisis and issues management, new business processes and multidisciplinary teams, working with both local and global organisations including Zoom, Microsoft, Cisco, Google, PayPal, Huawei, Kaspersky, LG and Türk Telekom.
That experience also shaped the question behind PreDeciders:
What if reputation and communication entered before the decision, rather than being asked to make sense of it afterwards?
At PreDeciders, Gönenç brings the reputation lens into the decision itself: examining how a move will be understood, where trust may be gained or lost, which assumptions need to be challenged and what an organisation is really committing to before execution begins.
His role is not to make decisions sound better.
It is to help make better decisions before there is anything to explain.

Ulaş has spent his career working at the point where business ambition becomes technological reality.
His work across technology, software, artificial intelligence, data and complex systems has focused on understanding what technology can actually do, what it should do and what organisations are committing themselves to when they decide to build, buy, automate or transform.
Over the years, he has designed and built products, platforms and technical systems; worked across AI, data, software architecture, automation and industrial technology; and translated complex technical subjects into decisions that executives and organisations can act on.
That experience shaped the other side of the question behind PreDeciders:
What if technology entered the conversation before the decision, rather than being brought in once the direction had already been chosen?
At PreDeciders, Ulaş brings the technology lens into the decision itself: examining whether an idea is technically sound, whether the assumptions behind it hold, what it will really take to execute, where complexity and risk are being underestimated and whether technology is actually the right answer to the problem being solved.
He works at the intersection of technical possibility and business consequence, challenging what can be built against what should be built, and making the implications of that choice understandable before resources, organisations and reputations are committed to it.
His role is not to make technology sound more impressive.
It is to help make better decisions before technology becomes expensive, embedded or difficult to reverse.
